Workshop-November 9, 2010
The Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tularosa met in a Workshop setting on Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at 6:00 P. M. in the Court/Conference Room of the Public Safety Facility located at 609 St. Francis Drive, Tularosa, New Mexico.
Present: Mayor Ray S. Cordova
Trustee Patrick Garcia
Trustee Gloria Sainz
Absent: Trustee Joseph Lueras
Trustee Fred Tyler
Also present was Village Clerk Dianna Brusuelas-Guilez.
At 6:10 P. M. Mayor Ray S. Cordova called the Workshop to order asking that all rise and join him in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Items presented at the Workshop were items that will be presented at the Regular Meeting of November 9, 2010 which include:
Consideration of Agenda and Consent Agenda
Unscheduled Correspondence and Public Comments
Reports from Village Departments
Brenda Jackson-Water bill at 1713 W. 2nd, need assistance, requesting adjustment
Kathryn & Tim Gipson-128 Bookout NE-Give us access to tap
Old Business
New Business
Adjourn
Trustee Patrick Garcia brought up the need for equipment at the Tularosa Recreation saying he got a list from Sonya Gililland the Director and would like to make that a priority.
Trustee Patrick Garcia also asked about the meeting in reference to the new flood zone maps that will go into effect in December.
There being no further business to discuss the workshop adjourned at 6:35 P. M.
