Workshop-October 18, 2011
The Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Tularosa met in a Workshop setting on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 7:00 P. M. in the Court/Conference Room of the Public Safety Facility located at 609 St. Francis Drive, Tularosa, New Mexico.
Present: Ray S. Cordova, Mayor
Gloria R. Sainz, Trustee
Fred Tyler, Trustee
Absent: Joseph Lueras, Trustee
Patrick Garcia, Trustee
Also present was Village Clerk Treasurer Dianna Brusuelas-Guilez and Rick Gutierrez Grants Coordinator.
At 6:00 P. M. Mayor Ray S. Cordova called the Workshop to order asking that all rise and join him in the Pledge of Allegiance and the salute to the flag of the State of New Mexico.

Trustee Fred Tyler suggested purchasing supplies in bulk.
Trustee Fred Tyler invited everyone to the Tularosa Veteran's Memorial Park on November 11, 2011 at 11:00 A. M.
Mayor Ray S. Cordova announced that Radio Road has been paved and valves are now being placed. Blue Collar Construction is also taking care of the drainage and installing 6" sleeve, the road has been widened from 18 to 24 feet.
Trustee Gloria R. Sainz announced that a committee has been formed at the Senior Center, but realized everything the committee wants takes money. There was a request for signs on where to unload items for the thrift store. Other issues were the parking lot and landscaping.
At 6:57 P. M Trustee Fred Tyler moved to adjourn and was seconded by Trustee Gloria Sainz.
